Hamburger Shenanigans

Tap on the Hamburger in the screen graphic to make it do weird stuff. Options include:

• Flip the Dang Toolbar reverse the order of the toolbar, placing the Tunes Picker on the right & the Swiss Army Knife Menu on the left.
• Hide Boring Icons hides the external video icon when you forgot to plug in your external video doohickey.
• Prevent Hiding Menu prevents the Hamburger from ever ditchin' you. This overrides the center navigation zone's default vibes.
• Auto Show/Hide Menu allows the Hamburger to automatically ghost you when a song is selected from the Tunes Picker. Tapping in the center of the screen will then summon the menu & open the Tunes Picker.
• Hides Status Bar is available on iOS 7 & higher & also nukes the status bar for a totally, completely, ridiculously full screen.
