Pick a Pretty Picture (or Whatever)

Icons are lil' visual breadcrumbs to help you figure out which songs in your library are actually worth playin' & which ones… well, y\u{2019}know. Like, slap a star on your faves, or flag the ones that need like a million more rehearsals. OnSong has had the star thing forever (riveting), but NOW you can go bonkers with shapes & colors. Groundbreaking, right?

Vibes (aka Shapes)

This is where you pick what lil' doodle shows up next to your song in lists. Pick your poison from this absolutely wild lineup:

• Nothin\u{2019} means no icon, which means you\u{2019}re basically sayin' \u201Ci didn\u{2019}t bother organizin\u{2019} this one.\u201D It\u{2019}s the factory default for songs (how excitingly lazy).
• Star plops a star next to the song, which everyone uses to mean \u201CI don\u{2019}t hate this one.\u201D Orange by default (because why not orange?).
• Flag puts up a lil\u{2019} flag, which basically screams \u201Cthis song needs serious TLC\u201D or \u201Ci forgot the words again.\u201D Red by default (how dramatic).
• Arrow throws down an arrow, which is for songs you\u{2019}re kinda into but not obsessed with. Fuchsia by default (we\u{2019}re feelin\u{2019} fancy).
• Dot displays a humble circle, perfect for \u201Chad this stuck in my head but never learned it\u201D vibes. Teal by default (très chic).
• Checkmark shows a checkmark if you\u{2019}ve actually, like, practiced the thing & it doesn\u{2019}t suck. Blue by default (achievement unlocked!).
• Heart rocks a heart\u2014because sometimes a star just isn\u{2019}t extra enough. Red by default (L-O-V-E).

Pick Your Color

So yeah, each shape comes with a default color, but we know you\u{2019}re bougie. Use the color picker to go rogue & pick somethin\u{2019} else, or literally invent your own color (you\u{2019}re welcome). Tap a color & boom\u2014all the icons flip to that shade. Wanna go back to borin\u{2019} defaults? Just tap the color again to nope out of it. The color picker comes loaded with: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue & fuchsia (yeah, we like fuchsia).

Pro tip: Icons also show up when you\u{2019}re perusin\u{2019} songs in a set. If your set is rockin\u{2019} Separate Song/Set Styles, then your icon choice is like a special snowflake\u2014unique to that song in that set & that set alone.
