Huntin' & Peckin'

Tap the search bar at the top to hunt down files & folders by name like you're on a mission. Start typin' to see results that match your search query, or smash that "Search" button on your keyboard to find files & folders that actually contain what you're lookin' for.

Checklist Time

Tap files to check & uncheck 'em for import (riveting stuff, we know). You can also hit the Select All & Deselect All buttons at the bottom to go full nuclear & select or deselect everything in your current folder view. If you pick a backup file, OnSong will throw a friendly warning that importin' a backup will totally obliterate your current library before you proceed. If you're feelin' brave & confirm, only the backup file gets imported & your library gets resurrected.

Burnin' Files & Folders

Swipe right to left over each row & BAM—a Delete button appears like magic. Tap it to nuke the file or folder.

Pro tip: Folders can't be deleted from S3 sources 'cause Amazon S3 storage is basically one giant flat mess.

Arrangin' Your Life

Tap the icon in the lower left to unlock the secrets of how files & folders can be sorted. Behold your options:

• Name sorts files & folders alphabetically (groundbreaking, right?).
• Size sorts the chonky files to the top.
• Created puts the newest babies at the top.
• Modified brings your recently edited files to the spotlight.

Tap the sort option you're already usin' & watch it flip the script & reverse.

Makin' Folders (You're Welcome)

Create a shiny new folder in the source by tappin' the + button in the lower right corner. Innovation at its finest.

Bringin' In the Goods

Once you've got some files checked, tap the Import button in the upper right to kick off the import party. If you're importin' a file that already exists, OnSong will make you pick what to do about the duplicate mess. When the import kicks in, watch the percentage climb in the upper right corner like you're waitin' for a slow download. Once it's done, you get whisked back to the All Songs screen. ZOMG, you made it!
