Send back everything that came in the box. Anything missing is deducted from your refund at the amount shown, along with its share of the tax.
The gift card included in the box goes back with the AuxBox. If you haven’t redeemed it, it’s cancelled. If you have, that subscription time is removed when your return is processed.
If you already had an OnSong subscription, it returns to the billing schedule it had before the gift card — so your next payment may come sooner than the gift card had pushed it.
The 30 days count from the day your order is delivered. For a purchase made in person from our team, they count from the day of purchase.
We don’t accept returns after 30 days, but your warranty still covers defects — contact support and we’ll make it right.
This guarantee covers AuxBoxes bought directly from OnSong, online at onsongapp.com or in person from our team. If you bought yours from a retailer, return it under that retailer’s policy.
Returns are available for orders shipped to United States addresses.
